We are a Fundamental and Foundational Faith-Based (FFFE) 501(c)3 entity. As a nonprofit organization which stands for Ecumenical/Ecumenism as the key to our future endeavors and housing as the economic development impact for restoring our communities. The church buildings, land, properties at the foundation of our efforts and endeavors UNITY IN THE COMMUNITY, a means to obtain and meet the desired objectives and results. Stir up the positive steps toward establishing, obtaining and maintaining new homes, jobs, land and home ownership opportunities, shared with ALL in our distressed and financially unstable communities and neighborhoods, the BODY OF CHRIST, THE CHURCH AND CHURCHES at the forefront.
The vision and envision is to have churches in their communities work towards being the catalyst for housing and economic growth and development as a non-profit utilizing the system and opportunities and grants as a (MODEL) PILOT and DEMONSTRATION of spearheading the for profit with tax credits and benefits only available through the Non-Profit Partnership and Collaboration, we have the POWER, now let's use it! That's what I'm promoting, at ZCN, and my Partnerships with Habitat for Humanity, World Vision, 84 Lumber, and other community organizations and Federal, State, and Local Government Funding under THE ONE umbrella; which is the ENVISION; looking forward at something that has not been addressed or done before. We're at the forefront, the leadership potential is off the charts! That's what the people, GOD'S PEOPLE, have been waiting for...GOD IS GOD CAN AND GOD WILL. The PROMISES OF GOD ARE YEA AND AMEN (SO BE IT).

VISION
The vision is the guiding force and purpose that keeps us moving forward facing challenges, variables, discouragements, and oppositions to what we know and believe has been divinely given. The Vision is a Gift from GOD, a valid, vivid, and viable description of the organization and corporation, Cion Community Network, ZCN whose ultimate goals and objectives are steeped and embodied in FAITH.
MISSION
The ZCN mission is to implement innovative programs and projects that will revitalize strengthen and produce healthy, safe, and sustainable living cities, communities, and neighborhoods. The CCI/CED (Comprehensive Community Initiative/Community Economic Development) collaborative strategy and planning process is the idea and concept that we are better together as we undertake a five to ten year and beyond, development process in our struggling inner-city and rural communities/neighborhoods. Having this fantastic opportunity as we learn from our past mistakes and miscalculations, that by Faith and with GOD all things are possible. This is not your usual or run of the mill Business Plan, but as we Rebuild, Restructure, Renovate, Rehabilitate, Retool, and Reposition ourselves for the future, New Day -- Fresh Start "THE WAY", epitomizes how ZCN will accomplish the goals and objectives set forth in our planning. The CCI/CED (academically published and taught subject and development model, at Point Park University) are designed paradigm shifts from the norm to transition, transform and revitalize communities and neighborhoods are instilled in the plan and gradually applied through and with the participants, our motto, "We've got to Believe", that we, the ZCN team can achieve, through both the public/private collaborations/partnerships with the Team and incorporating residents, stakeholders, developers, bankers, financiers, investors and everyone into the collective, economic and sustainable change developments within our communities/neighborhoods. We are better together working purposely toward the same goals and objectives, eliminating the negative and extenuating the positives. We can do this, as we adopt, plan and restructure the commonality of direction and power towards defining and eliminating the HOUSING problem, which lies at the root and center of the things affecting our current situations, conditions, and circumstances., HOUSING, shelter and people are the solution as well as the problem and how we proceed to effectively answer and change/alter the course and direction we're currently in with pragmatic implementation of the Tripod of Empowerment, a Vibrant Economy, Healthy Environment an Equitable Society, a regional three tiered support system, attached herein and contained in the multi-year coalition/evolution plan for the communities/neighborhoods of the future, HOUSING FIRST-ODE TO THE FUTURE "THE WAY".
